Regulation 35F Receipt under this SectionF1
A transfer value may be accepted under this Section in respect of a person (P) who enters pensionable employment if—
(a)
P makes a written application to the Secretary of State within 12 months from the date on which P enters pensionable employment, and
(b)
P's application is made before P attains the normal pension age.
