This Statutory Instrument has been made in consequence of minor defects in S.I. 1999/3449 and S.I. 2000/1711 and is being issued free of charge to all known recipients of those Statutory Instruments.

The Secretary of State, being a Minister designatedM1 for the purposes of section 2(2) of the European Communities Act 1972M2 in respect of measures relating to telecommunications, in the exercise of the powers conferred on her by that section, hereby makes the following Regulations:
