Article 30 Statutory undertakersI1

Subject to article 22 and the provisions of Schedule 8 (protective provisions), the undertaker may—

(a)

acquire compulsorily the land belonging to statutory undertakers shown on the land plans and described in the book of reference;

(b)

extinguish or suspend the rights of, and remove or reposition the apparatus belonging to, statutory undertakers over or within the Order limits; and

(c)

acquire compulsorily the new rights over land belonging to statutory undertaker shown on the land plans and described in the book of reference.
