(1)

Subject to article 8 (consent to transfer benefit of order), the provisions of this Order conferring powers on the undertaker have effect solely for the benefit of the undertaker.

(2)

Paragraph (1) does not apply to—

(a)

Work no. 3 in relation to which this Order has effect for the benefit of the undertaker and NGET; and

(b)

Work nos. 4 and 5 in relation to which this Order has effect for the benefit of the undertaker and NGG.
