Paragraph 57 I1

The undertaker must pay to Cottam the reasonable expenses incurred by Cottam in connection with the approval of plans, inspection of any specified works or the alteration or protection of any apparatus or the Cottam Work Area or within 25m of the Cottam Work Area.
