Paragraph 1 InterpretationI1

In this Schedule—

• “relevant planning authority” means—

  1. (a)

     Lincolnshire County Council and Nottinghamshire County Council in their capacity as the local planning authority for their respective administrative areas for the purposes of—

     1. (i)

        Requirement 6 (battery safety management);

     2. (ii)

        Requirement 10 (surface and foul water drainage);

     3. (iii)

        Requirement 11 (archaeology);

     4. (iv)

        Requirement 14 (waste management plan);

     5. (v)

        Requirement 15 (construction traffic management plan);

     6. (vi)

        Requirement 17 (public rights of way);

     7. (vii)

        Requirement 19 (soils management); and

  2. (b)

     West Lindsey District Council and Bassetlaw District Council in their capacity as the local planning authority for their respective administrative areas for the purposes of—

     1. (i)

        Requirement 3 (approved details and amendments to them);

     2. (ii)

        Requirement 4 (community liaison group);

     3. (iii)

        Requirement 5 (detailed design approval);

     4. (iv)

        Requirement 7 (landscape and ecological management plan);

     5. (v)

        Requirement 8 (biodiversity net gain);

     6. (vi)

        Requirement 9 (fencing and other means of enclosure);

     7. (vii)

        Requirement 12 (construction environmental management plan);

     8. (viii)

        Requirement 13 (operational environmental management plan);

     9. (ix)

        Requirement 18 (operational noise);

     10. (x)

         Requirement 20 (skills, supply chain and employment);

     11. (xi)

         Requirement 21 (decommissioning and restoration);

  and “relevant planning authorities” and “relevant planning authority” means Lincolnshire County Council, West Lindsey District Council and Bassetlaw District Council as applicable.
