Regulation 35 Application for registration: section 32 (Form TM3)

For rule 5(6) substitute—

“(6)

The Registrar may at any time—

(a)

suspend the right of applicants to file a request for expedited examination under paragraph (2) (“the expedited examination service”) for such period as the registrar deems fit; and

(b)

resume the expedited examination service.

(7)

Where the registrar suspends or resumes the expedited examination service pursuant to paragraph (6), the registrar must publish a notice on the Office website—

(a)

of the date from which the expedited examination service is suspended;

(b)

of the date upon which the expedited examination service will resume.”.
