A goods graduation notice must specify—

(a)

the fact that the SP rate is to be suspended on SP imports;

(b)

the chapters and SP country, or SP countries, to which the suspension applies;

(c)

the day on which the suspension of the SP rate begins;

(d)

the day on which the suspension ends and the fact the period of suspension may be extended by a further notice;

(e)

that the goods graduation ground applies.
