Section 8 Short title and construction.
United Kingdom
This Act may be cited as the Trade Union Act 1913 and shall be construed as one with the M1Trade Union Acts 1871and M2 1876; and this Act and the Trade Union Acts 1871 to 1906 may be cited together as the Trade Union Acts 1871 to 1913.
