Section 7 Interpretation of Part I.F1
In this Part of this Act—
“the Bus Company” means the National Bus Company; and
“subsidiary” shall be construed in accordance with F2section 736 of the Companies Act 1985 and “wholly owned subsidiary” shall be construed in accordance with section 736(5)(b) of that Act.
