Article 32
In Schedule 2 (issues in relation to which the tribunal may refer a person for medical examination under section 20(2) of the Social Security Act 1998)—
(a)
at the end of sub-paragraph (iv) of paragraph (a), omit “or”;
(b)
after sub-paragraph (v) of paragraph (a), insert—
“(vi)the daily living component of personal independence payment specified in section 78 of the Welfare Reform Act 2012 M1; or
(vii)the mobility component of personal independence payment specified in section 79 of the Welfare Reform Act 2012.”;
(c)
at the end of paragraph (i), insert a semi-colon and the following paragraph—
“(j)is the rate at which the daily living component or mobility component of personal independence payment is payable.”.
