The Tribunal Procedure (Upper Tribunal) (Lands Chamber) Rules 2010f1 are amended as follows.

In rule 10(6) (orders for costs), after sub-paragraph (a) insert—
“(aa)under section 18 of the 1961 Actf2;”.
