Paragraph 11 Reporting of engaged agents, contractors and vesselsI1

(1)
The undertaker must notify the MMO in writing of any agents, contractors, sub-contractors or vessels that will carry out any licensed marine activity.
(2)
Notification must be received by the MMO no less than 24 hours before the commencement of the licensed marine activity.
(3)
The undertaker must submit a movement sheet weekly thereafter.
