Section XVI Cleeks not to be used in landing Fish.
Every Person who shall between the Fifteenth Day ofSeptemberin any Year and the First Day ofMayin the Year following, in fishing with a Rod and Line, use any Cleek or Instrument for landing Fish other than a Landing Net, shall be liable to a Penalty not exceeding F1F2£25level 1 on the standard scale.
