Regulation 1 Citation, commencement and interpretation

These Regulations may be cited as the Welfare Food (Amendment No. 2) Regulations 2004.

These Regulations shall come into force on 1^st October 2004.

In these Regulations “the principal Regulations” means the Welfare Food Regulations 1996^f1.
