The Department of Agriculture and Rural Developmentf1, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by sections 127(1) and (3A) of the Fisheries Act (Northern Ireland) 1966f2 and of every other power enabling it in that behalf, hereby makes the following Order:

1Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Undersized Whiting (Revocation) Order (Northern Ireland) 2000 and shall come into operation on 16th June 2000.

2Revocation

The Undersized Whiting Order (Northern Ireland) 1993f1 is hereby revoked.

This Order revokes the Undersized Whiting Order (Northern Ireland) 1993 which prescribed a minimum size for whiting.
