The Secretary of State for Work and Pensions makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by section 11(4) and 42(1) to (3) of the Welfare Reform Act 2012f1.
In accordance with section 29(7) of the Scotland Act 2016f2 the Secretary of State has consulted the Scottish Ministers.
In accordance with section 173(1)(b) of the Social Security Administration Act 1992f3 the Social Security Advisory Committee has agreed that proposals in respect these Regulations need not be referred to it.
