Article 12 Notice of hearingI1

Where an appeal is to be disposed of by a hearing, the Secretary shall, not less than 28 days before the date of hearing, send to the parties notice of the date, time and place appointed for the hearing.

Where the hearing of an appeal has been postponed, the Secretary shall take such steps as are reasonably practicable in the time available to notify the parties of the postponement.
