Northern Ireland
(1)
An appellant may withdraw his appeal at any time, either at a hearing or in writing in accordance with paragraph (2).
(2)
To withdraw an appeal in writing the appellant shall deliver to the Secretary a notice signed by him, or his representative, stating that the appeal is withdrawn.
(3)
The Secretary shall inform the other parties of the withdrawal.
