(a)
in subsection (2)—
(i)
in paragraph (a), omit “Health”, and
(ii)
in paragraph (b), for “Health Ministers” substitute “Ministers”; and
(b)
omit subsection (3).
The heading of section 55 accordingly becomes “Exemptions for doctors and dentists etc”.
