(a)

in subsection (1), as amended by section 31(3)(a) of the Health Act 2006, for “subsections (3C) and (4)” substitute “subsection (3C)”;

(b)

omit subsection (4); and

(c)

in subsection (5)—

(i)

in paragraph (a), for “(2) to (8)” substitute “(2) to (7)”, and

(ii)

in paragraph (b), as amended by section 31(3) (d) of the Health Act 2006, omit “and (8)”.
