Regulation 33 Appointment of inspectors

The Secretary of State must appoint inspectors for the purposes of the enforcement of these Regulations and in these Regulations “inspector” means an inspector appointed under this regulation or a veterinary inspector appointed under the Animal Health Act 1981^f1.
