Paragraph 43 Fees for applications for authorisation and annual fees relating to feedingstuffs in Great BritainF11

United Kingdom

(1)

Subject to sub-paragraph (3) the fee for the application for F1authorisation of F2premises manufacturing feedingstuffs and authorisation of distributors of feedingstuffs in Great Britain is F3£105.

(2)

An annual fee of F4£122 is payable in respect of any such F5authorisation.

(3)

No fee is payable under sub-paragraph (1) in respect of F6premises where specified feed additives are manufactured if a F7medicinal premix is manufactured at F8those premises in accordance with a manufacturing authorisation.

Fees relating to feedingstuffs are payable with the application F9....

(5)

Where more than one manufacturing activity is carried out at one F10premises by the same legal entity only one fee (the highest) is payable.
