Article 2 Amendments to the Veterinary Surgery (Artificial Insemination) Order 2007

The Veterinary Surgery (Artificial Insemination) Order 2007f1 is amended as follows.
(2)
For article 1(1)(b) substitute—
“(b)applies in the United Kingdom save for Part 2 which applies in England and Scotland only; and”.
(3)
In article 3(2)(b) omit “, the Scottish Ministers”.
(4)
In article 8(1)(a)(i) for “and” substitute “or”.
