Coming into force in accordance with Regulation 1
The Secretary of State for Social Security in exercise of powers conferred by sections 25(1) and 29(1) of the Social Security Act 1989f1 and section 175(3) of the Social Security Contributions and Benefits Act 1992f2 and all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Regulations:
