Regulation 7 Membership, constitution, proceedings, etc of committeesI1

(1)
Each committee shall consist of not fewer than 12 nor more than 20 members who shall be appointed by the Secretary of State.
(2)
The provisions of Schedule 2 shall have effect with respect to committees.
