Paragraph 10 InterpretationI1

In this Schedule—

• F1“consumer prices index” means—

  1. (a)

     the consumer prices index (CPI) published by the Office for National Statistics, or

  2. (b)

     where the index is not published for a month, any substituted index or figures published by the Office for National Statistics;

• “year t-1” means the scheme year preceding the scheme year for which the amount of the obligation is being determined; and

• “year t-2” means the scheme year before year t-1.
