Regulation 1 Citation, commencement and interpretationF1I1

These Regulations may be cited as the Waste Management Licensing (Amendment etc.) Regulations 1995 and shall come into force on 1st April 1995.

In these Regulations, unless the context otherwise requires—

• “the 1990 Act” means the Environmental Protection Act 1990;

• “the 1991 Regulations” means the Environmental Protection (Prescribed Processes and Substances) Regulations 1991^f1; and

• “the Principal Regulations” means the Waste Management Licensing Regulations 1994^f2.
