In section 44(2) of the Land Compensation Act 1973 (compensation for injurious affection), after the words “Gas Act 1986” there shall be inserted the words “paragraph 3 of Schedule 18 to the Water Act 1989”.

In section 58(2) of that Act (determination of material detriment where part of house etc. proposed for compulsory acquisition), after the words “Gas Act 1986” there shall be inserted the words “paragraph 4 of Schedule 18 to the Water Act 1989”.
