In Schedule 13 to that Act (borrowing and lending by local authorities)—

(a)

in paragraph 1(a), for the words from “police” to “harbour” there shall be substituted the words “police or harbour”; and

(b)

in paragraph 13(2), for the words from “police” onwards there shall be substituted the words “police authority”.
