In section 111 (restrictions on use of public sewers)—

(a)

in paragraph (b) of subsection (1), for “one hundred and ten degrees Fahrenheit” there is substituted “ forty-three degrees Celsius ”,

(b)

in subsection (5), for “seventy-three degrees Fahrenheit” there is substituted “ twenty-three degrees Celsius ”.

In section 213(1) (powers to make regulations), after “or 17D(8)” (which is inserted by paragraph 49(2) of Schedule 8) there is inserted “ or 105A ”.
