Section 117N (designation of strategic sewerage provision) (inserted by Schedule 4) is amended as follows.

In subsection (4), after paragraph (a) there is inserted—

“(aa)
the Welsh Ministers;”.

(3)

In subsection (8), after paragraph (a) there is inserted—

“(aa)
the Welsh Ministers;”.

(4)

In subsection (11), after paragraph (a) there is inserted—

“(aa)
the NRBW, in a case where the undertaker's area is wholly in Wales;”.
