Section 22C (time limits on the imposition of financial penalties) is amended as follows.

In subsection (1)—

(a)

in the opening words, after “penalty” there is inserted “ on a person ”;

(b)

in paragraph (a), for “company” there is substituted “ person ”;

(c)

in paragraph (b), for “company” there is substituted “ person ”.

(3)

In subsection (2), in the opening words—

(a)

after the first “penalty” there is inserted “ on a person ”;

(b)

for “company” there is substituted “ person ”.
