In section 93A (duty to promote the efficient use of water)—
(a)
in subsections (1), (2) and (3), for “licensed water supplier”, in each place, there is substituted “ water supply licensee ”;
(b)
in subsections (1) and (3), for “its customers” there is substituted “ that person's customers ”.
