Enabling persons of any specified description (whether or not they are holders of permits) to be required—

(a)

to compile information about—

(i)

regulated activities, and

(ii)

in the case of fish regulations, structures or obstructions that affect, or could affect, the movement of fish through regulated waters;

(b)

to provide such information in such manner as is specified in the regulations.
