    sections 15A and 17A(1) of the Jobseekers Act 1995;

  2. (b)

    paragraphs 2(2), (3) and (4)(b), 3, 4(1), 12 and 13 of Schedule 7 to the Welfare Reform and Pensions Act 1999;

  3. (c)

    paragraph 12(2) of Schedule 3 to the Welfare Reform Act 2007.
