Paragraph 13 I1

A person is disqualified from being Commissioner on grounds of employment if the person is—

(a)

a Member of Parliament;

(b)

a Member of the National Assembly for Wales;

(c)

a member of a county council, a county borough council or a community council in Wales;

(d)

a member of the Tribunal;

(e)

a member of the Advisory Panel;

(f)

a person who is employed by, or advises, a person who is within Schedule 5 or Schedule 7;

(g)

a member of the Commissioner's staff.
