Paragraph 11 I1

(1)

This paragraph applies where the Commissioner thinks that A—

(a)

has failed without reasonable excuse to comply with a notice under paragraph 5, or

(b)

is likely to fail without reasonable excuse to comply with a notice under paragraph 5.

(2)

The Commissioner may apply to a county court for an order requiring A to take such steps as may be specified in the order to comply with the notice.
