Paragraph 3 I1

In this Schedule—

• “public authority” (“awdurdod cyhoeddus”) means each public authority within the meaning of section 6 of the Human Rights Act 1998;

• “public money” (“arian cyhoeddus”) means—

  1. (a)

     moneys made available directly or indirectly by—

     1. (i)

        the National Assembly for Wales;

     2. (ii)

        the Welsh Ministers;

     3. (iii)

        Parliament;

     4. (iv)

        Ministers of the Crown; F1...

  2. (b)

     moneys provided by virtue of any enactment.
