In section 302 of the Criminal Procedure (Scotland) Act 1995 (fixed penalty: conditional offer by procurator fiscal) in subsection (9)(a), for “Schedule 6 to the Communications Act 2003” substitute “ Schedule 4 to the Wireless Telegraphy Act 2006 ”.
