In section 3 of the Broadcasting Act 1996 (licences under Part 1 of that Act) in subsection (8)(a), for “a licence under section 1 of the Wireless Telegraphy Act 1949” substitute “ a licence under section 8 of the Wireless Telegraphy Act 2006 ”.
