This Statutory Instrument has been made in consequence of a defect in S.I. 1999/1774 and is being issued free of charge to all known recipients of that Statutory Instrument.

The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 1 of the Wireless Telegraphy Act 1998^f1 and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, and having regard to the matters specified in section 2(2) of that Act, hereby makes the following Regulations—
