Article 2 General functions in relation to Ferry

In—

(a)

sections 14 to 16 (establishment of ferry etc.) and 19, 20(7), 21 and 22 (general powers) of the 1885 Act^f1 and

(b)

section 19 (subsidiary works) of the London County Council (Improvements) Act 1962^f2,

for each reference to the Secretary of State^f3 there is substituted a reference to Transport for London.
