Article 2 Interpretation

In this Order —

  • “the Act” means the Animal Health Act 1981;

  • “animals” means bovine animals, sheep, goats, deer and all other ruminating animals;

  • “the Ministers” means the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food, the Secretary of State for Scotland and the Secretary of State for Wales, acting jointly.
