Paragraph 17 Pre-commencement worksI1

Any pre-commencement works must be carried out in accordance with the pre-commencement plan.

In this paragraph, “pre-commencement plan” means the document of that description listed in Schedule 10 (documents to be certified) and certified by the Secretary of State as the pre-commencement plan for the purposes of this Order.
