Paragraph 4 I1

When submitting any document specified in the Table in paragraph 3(2) to the MMO or the relevant planning authority as the case may be, the Harbour Authority must forward any comments received from the harbour master in response to the consultation undertaken with the harbour master in accordance with that paragraph.
