Paragraph 14 Amendment of the Planning (General Development Procedure) Order (Northern Ireland) 2015

In article 2(1) of the Planning (General Development Procedure) Order (Northern Ireland) 2015 M1, in the definition of “licensed aerodrome”, for “Air Navigation Order 2009”, substitute “ Air Navigation Order 2016 ”.
