The title of these Regulations is the Building etc. (Amendment) (No. 2) (Wales) Regulations 2025.

These Regulations come into force on 1 July 2026.

These Regulations apply in relation to Wales.

In these Regulations “the 2010 Regulations” means the Building Regulations 2010f1.
