Regulation 3 Increase in local authority fees

(1)

With effect from 24th July 1995, for Schedule 2 to the principal Regulations there shall be substituted the Schedule set out in Schedule 1 to these Regulations.

(2)

With effect from 24th July 1996, for Schedule 2 to the principal Regulations as substituted in accordance with paragraph (1) above, there shall be substituted the Schedule set out in Schedule 2 to these Regulations.
