Regulation 4 Revocation and transitional provision

The Building (Procedure) (Scotland) Amendment (No.2) Regulations 1991^f1 are hereby revoked.

Regulation 2(c) above shall not apply in relation to operations in pursuance of a warrant granted before 24th July 1995, including a warrant granted before that date and subsequently extended or amended.
